Ingredients
  Fenugreek leaves 20 Gram
  Wheat flour 50 Gram
  Jowar flour/Bajra flour 30 Gram
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 10 Gram
Directions

1. Sieve flours together.
2. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and chopped fenugreek leaves and mix.
3. Prepare dough, adding enough water.
4. Set aside for half an hour.
5. Divide into small balls and roll out very thin.
6. Shallow fry on a hot griddle.
