Kabuli Matar Dry Peas

Ingredients
  Dry peas 115 Gram
  Lime 1
  Green chillies 15 Gram
  Coriander leaves 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 bunch)
  Ginger piece 1 Small
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala powder 1 Pinch
  Cumin powder 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Wash and soak peas overnight, preferably with a pinch of soda.
2. Cook in the same water till soft.
3. Mash roughly, add lime juice, salt, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and ginger, chilli powder, garam masala powder and cumin powder. Mix well and serve.
