Ingredients
  Fenugreek powder 150 Gram
  Mustard powder 100 Gram
  Turmeric powder 25 Gram
  Asafoetida 10 Gram
  Salt 100 Gram
  Chilli powder 300 Gram
  Oil 100 Milliliter
Directions

Mix together fenugreek, mustard, turmeric, asafoetida and salt.
Add to hot oil and roast.
When roasted, remove from fire and add chilli powder.
Mix well and use as required.
