Chicken Curry

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 4
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 3 Medium, sliced
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, finely chopped
  Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red chilli powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Clove powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Curd 3 Tablespoon, whisked (made from fat-free milk)
  Cinnamon 1 Inch
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Remove and discard skin from chicken.
Wash and drain.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over moderate heat.
Add onions and fry till honey-coloured.
Drain onions, remove from pan and crush.
Add chicken to pan and saute for about 1 minute.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic and spice powders to pan and saute for about 1 minute, till well blended.
Stir in chicken, crushed onions, curd, cinnamon, salt and water.
Cover pan and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes till chicken is tender.
Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve hot.
