Okra Curry

Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh okra 1 Pound, trimmed and cut into 1 inch slices
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Green chilies 3 , seeded and chopped
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Yogurt 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a skillet and saute okra about 10 minutes.
Remove okra from pan.
Add 2 tablespoons oil to pan and saute onion, garlic and chilies with spices for approximately 2 minutes.
Add okra, salt and water.
Cover and simmer until okra is tender.
Stir in lemon juice, mustard, yogurt and serve.
