Ingredients
  Gooseberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curds 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green chillies 6 , slit
  Sesame seed oil 2 Teaspoon (til oil)
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry leaf sprig 1
  Asafoetida powder 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Remove the gooseberries from the jar, deseed and keep aside.
2. Heat the oil, and add the mustard and asafoetida powder. When done, add the curry leaves and chillies, saute for 1-2 minutes, add the gooseberies and fry on low heat for 2-3 minutes turning all the while until sufficiently fried.
3. Remove from fire. Cool and add to the beaten curds with some salt if required. Can be served immediately.
