Dahi Ni Kadhi

Ingredients
  Sour curds 1 Liter
  Green chillies 6 , seeded and chopped
  Curry leaves sprigs 4
  Ginger 3 Inch, ground
  Dhan sakh masala powder 1 Tablespoon
  Gram flour/Rice flour 6 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
For vaghar / seasoning
  Dried red chillies 5 , broken into pieces
  Cumin seeds 3 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Add 3-4 cups water to curds and beat well with a rotary beater for about ten minutes, or in an electric beater for about five minutes.
Make a paste of gram or rice flour, with a little water.
Add to curds with remaining ingredients except seasoning and pour into a pan.
Place pan on fire and bring curds to boil, stirring continuously.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Condnue stirring.
Heat ghee in a small frying pan and fry seasoning ingredients for one minute.
Add to curds.
Stir well and remove from heat.
Serve with white rice.
