Dahi Ni Kadhi
|Sour curds||1 Liter|
|Green chillies||6 , seeded and chopped|
|Curry leaves sprigs||4|
|Ginger||3 Inch, ground|
|Dhan sakh masala powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Gram flour/Rice flour||6 Teaspoon|
|For vaghar / seasoning|
|Dried red chillies||5 , broken into pieces|
|Cumin seeds||3 Teaspoon|
Add 3-4 cups water to curds and beat well with a rotary beater for about ten minutes, or in an electric beater for about five minutes.
Make a paste of gram or rice flour, with a little water.
Add to curds with remaining ingredients except seasoning and pour into a pan.
Place pan on fire and bring curds to boil, stirring continuously.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Heat ghee in a small frying pan and fry seasoning ingredients for one minute.
Add to curds.
Stir well and remove from heat.
Serve with white rice.
