|Full cream milk||1 Liter|
|Sugar||6 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as per taste)|
|Rose water||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground almonds||6 Tablespoon|
|Chopped pistachio nuts||6 Tablespoon|
Heat milk gently and cook, stirring constantly till reduced by half.
Add sugar and continue simmering, stirring till dissolved.
Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Remove from fire, cool and add remaining ingredients.
Semi freeze in a freezer.
Spoon into kulfi moulds and freeze overnight.
To serve, dip moulds into hot water for a second, remove lid and push kulfi out onto quarter plates.
