Ingredients
  Carrot 6 , grated (peeled)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Green chillies 4 , slit in the middle
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a kadai put oil,when it is hot.
Add mustard seeds,allow to pop
Then add onion,green chillies and fry till they turn to golden brown.
Then add grated carrot,salt and fry for 4mins.
When it is mixed nicely and salt is adjusted,
Ready to eat with Hot chapati,rice.................
