Valsad Dahi Ni Kadhi

Ingredients
  Sour curds 1 Liter, beaten till smooth
  Curry leaves sprigs 3
  Crushed cocom 1 Tablespoon (dried sour plums)
  Cumin seeds 1 Tablespoon, dry roasted and crushed
  Rice flour 1 Tablespoon, soaked in 2 tablespoon water
  Salt To Taste
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green chillies 10 , seeded, chopped (adjust quantity as needed)
  Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic pods 2
Directions

Heat ghee in a pan and fry onions lightly.
Add remaining ingredients except curds and rice flour and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add rice flour and two cups water and bring to boil, stirring continuously.
Lower heat, add curds and warm through.
Do not leave kudhi on the fire for too long.
Serve hot with rice and papads.
