|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Besan||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (chick pea flour)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Chopped cilantro||1 Tablespoon|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Green chillies||5 , finely chopped|
|Amchur||1 Teaspoon (dry mango powder)|
|Ajwain||1⁄4 Teaspoon (carom seeds)|
In a large bowl take all the ingredients. Mix well.
Knead to a smooth dough by adding enough water.
Add 1 tbsp oil and knead again. Cover and keep it aside for about 1/2 an hour.
Apply little oil to your palms and make medium sized balls. Roll it with a rolling pin into medium thick discs.
Heat a tawa and fry the rotis till golden brown on both sides by applying little oil.
Serve hot with pickle and yoghurt or with any curry.
