Methi And Toor Dal Curry

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Jeera seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Hing 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Methi leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), washed, drained, finely chopped
  Toor dal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Haldi 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sambar powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)
  Tamarind juice 2 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon (For garnish)
Directions

Cook toordal,haldi water and allow to be cool.
In a kadai put oil,when it is hot
Add mustard seeds allow to pop,
Then add jeera seeds,onion and fry till it turns brown colour.
Now add methi leaves and fry till it becomes soft.
Add tomato and fry till it turns to mashy.
Now put cooked dal,haldi,sambarpd.water(as required),salt,tamarind juice and allow bubbles to come.
when it is ready garnish with coriander and ready to serve
Eat with hot rice and pickel.........
