Ingredients
  Boiled potato 4 Large (peel the skin cut into cube shape)
  Methi leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Haldi 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Jeera 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Peel the aloo and cut into pieces and keep aside.
In a pan add oil allow to become hot.
Add jeera,when it pops
Add methi leaves and fry till it becomes soft.
Then add boiled aloo,redchillipd,haldi,salt and mix it.
Stir for 2mins,when every thing mixes serve with Hot chapati,roti,nan......
