Kheera Pudina Raita
|Plain low fat yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Toasted ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Green chili pepper||1 Small, seeded and minced|
|Peeled and grated cucumber||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped mint leaves||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Toasted ground cumin||1 Pinch (To Garnish)|
Beat the yogurt, spices, sugar, and salt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the cucumber and mint, saving some mint.
Sprinkle with a pinch each of toasted ground cumin and chili powder and the remaining mint.
