Ingredients
  Plain low fat yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Toasted ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green chili pepper 1 Small, seeded and minced
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Peeled and grated cucumber 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped mint leaves 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Toasted ground cumin 1 Pinch (To Garnish)
Directions

Beat the yogurt, spices, sugar, and salt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the cucumber and mint, saving some mint.
Sprinkle with a pinch each of toasted ground cumin and chili powder and the remaining mint.
Serve chilled.
