Ingredients
For 6 to 8
  Chicken 1
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon piece 2 Inch (About 5 Centimeter)
  Cloves 4
  Cardamoms 2
  Ginger 10 Gram (2.5 Centimeter / 1 Inch Piece)
  Garlic flakes 3
  Onions 115 Gram
  Red chillies 3 , seeds removed
  Salt To Taste
  Tomatoes 900 Gram
  Fat 55 Gram
Directions

1. Clean and joint chicken into large pieces.
2. Grind spices with salt. Rub over the chicken pieces.
3. Blanch tomatoes and chop.
4. Heat fat, saute chicken. Add any spice mixture left over in the pan. Cover tightly and cook till all liquid is evaporated.
5. Add blanched, chopped tomatoes, cook till chicken is tender and gravy thick.
