Cucumber & Mint Raita

Ingredients
  Unflavored yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh minced mint 2 Tablespoon (Dried Mint)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (To Taste)
  Ground cumin 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and diced
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Stir yogurt briskly in a bowl until smooth. Mix in mint, salt and cumin. Add cucumber.
Place in a serving dish. Grind black pepper over top. Serve cold in small bowls.
