  Dry red chilies 100 Gram (Goan Variety)
  Turmeric 100 Gram
  Cumin seeds 250 Gram
  Coriander seeds 250 Gram
  Poppy seeds 250 Gram
  Roasted gram 1 Kilogram
  Cinnamon 10 Gram
  Cloves 10 Gram
  White cardamoms 20 Gram, weighed and peeled
  Black peppercorns 10 Gram
  Nutmegs 2
  Mace 10 Gram
Directions

Clean all ingredients, dry roast, cool and grind each individually.
Mix, sieve and store in an airtight glass jar.
