Red Gram With Greens

Ingredients
  Split red gram 50 Gram
  Greens 200 Gram
  Tamarind 1 Tablespoon (Lime Size Ball)
  Green chilies 2
  Salt To Taste
For tempering
  Split black gram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chilies 2
  Fenugreek 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fat/Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch
  Rice flour 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cook red gram in water.
2. Chop greens and green chillies.
3. Extract tamarind juice.
4. Add the gram, greens and tamarind extract to the tempering along with salt and boil well.
5. Serve hot.
