Puri

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour/Mixture of whole wheat and refined flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Sift flour with salt.
Add water to bind.
Knead into a pliable dough.
Roll out into a sausage and cut into half-inch pieces.
Roll each piece into four-inch rounds.
Heat oil in a karai and fry puris, stroking or pressing puris to puff up.
Flip over after a minute and cook till light brown and crisp.
Remove from oil and drain in a colander.
Serve hot.
