Indian Aloo Raita
|Safflower oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Brown mustard seeds||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Potatoes||2 Medium, boiled, peeled cut in 1 cm pieces|
|Natural yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds, as they pop add turmeric, set aside to cool.
Mix potato, yogurt and mustard seeds in serving bowl, refrigerate.
Add salt before serving.
