Ingredients
  Safflower oil 1 Teaspoon
  Brown mustard seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 2 Medium, boiled, peeled cut in 1 cm pieces
  Natural yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds, as they pop add turmeric, set aside to cool.
Mix potato, yogurt and mustard seeds in serving bowl, refrigerate.
Add salt before serving.
