Indian Pav Bhaji Masala

  Red chili 50 Gram
  Coriander seeds 50 Gram
  Cumin seeds 25 Gram
  Black pepper 25 Gram
  Cinnamon 25 Gram
  Clove 25 Gram
  Black cardamom 5
  Dry mango powder/Tamarind powder 25 Gram
  Fennel seeds 10 Gram
  Turmeric powder 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Roast all the ingredients separately. When cool, grind it. Shift them and mix dry mango powder, turmeric powder and fill in the bottle.
