Sooji Kanji

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fine semolina 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg cardamom powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar To Taste
Directions

Melt butter and saute semolina for one minute.
Add quarter cup water and bring to boil, stirring continuously.
Add milk, continue stirring and bring to boil again.
Remove from fire.
Add sugar, nutmeg and cardamoms.
Serve hot.
