Ingredients
  Ragi flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Urad dal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Methi seed 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust quantity of water as needed)
Directions

Soak urad dal and methi seeds toegther whole might.
Morning grind it and mix with ragi flour,salt .
Stir nicely and allow to ferment.
When it is ready stir the batter nicely and add on hot pan.
Roast both side and eat with peanut chutney,...........
