Tari Ma Sekta Ni Sing

Ingredients
  Drumsticks 10 , peeled and cut into 3 inch pieces
  Toddy 500 Milliliter (Fresh Ones)
  Salt To Taste
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
For grinding finely
  Green chilies 3
  Chopped coriander 3 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Grated coconut 3 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Tie drumsticks in bundles of three or four, or leave loose.
Heat fat in a pan and fry ground spices for 1-2 minutes.
Add toddy, salt and drumsticks and simmer till done.
