Sookhi Gharab Ne Govad No Patio

Ingredients
  Dried salted fish roe 750 Gram
  Cluster beans 750 Gram
  Onions 3 , finely sliced
  Green chilies 6 , coarsely ground
  Coriander sprigs 2 Tablespoon, coarsely ground
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 2 Tablespoon, dry roasted and coarsely pounded
  Black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dhan sakh masala powder 2 Tablespoon
  Tamarind 1 Tablespoon, soaked in 1 cup hot water (Size Of Lime)
  Sugar To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seed oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Clean and wash fish roe and cut into 2-3-inch pieces.
Wash and trim cluster beans, and keep whole.
Heat ghee and oil in a pan and fry onions till brown.
Add a little water and simmer till onions turn mushy.
Add spices, coriander leaves and green chillies and saute for one minute.
Add fish roe and cluster beans and simmer on low heat till beans are cooked.
Strain tamarind juice into pan and mix by turning pan with both hands from side to side.
Simmer till all moisture has evaporated.
Add salt and sugar to taste.
