Santra Ni Kheer

Ingredients
  Full cream milk 1 Liter
  Castor sugar 8 Tablespoon
  Oranges 4
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Cook milk till reduced by half and cool.
Peel and flake oranges, collecting any juice that may run out.
Dissolve sugar in orange juice and cool.
Add sugar and orange flakes to cooled milk.
Chill and serve.
A delightfully refreshing sweet for summer.
