Moru Dosa

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1 Liter
  Whole wheat flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Green chilies 4
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Mustard seeds 1 Pinch
  Soda bicarbonate 1 1⁄4 Pinch
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

1. Mix together buttermilk and flour and set aside for 1/2 to 1 hour.
2. Add salt and more water to form a pouring batter (dosa batter).
3. Heat 60 gm. fat. Add chopped green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and mustard seeds.
4. When the seeds crackle, pour over batter and mix well.
5. Add soda bicarbonate dissolved in a little water and mix well.
6. Heat griddle or dosa stone. Grease and pour ladlefuls of batter and prepare dosas.
7. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
