Chinese Style Idli

Ingredients
  Green chilli sauce 4 Tablespoon (Ching'S Secret)
  Steamed idli 8 (Fresh Ones)
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Curry leaves 4
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut idli into 4 pcs.
Add oil in a heavy bottom frying pan.
Add mustard seeds and wok till they crackle, add curry leaves. Mix water with Ching's Secret Green Chilli Sauce and keep aside. Add idli to the pan, add the sauce mixture and mix well gently. Adjust salt. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
