Coat cubed paneer in corn flour and deep fry. Keep aside
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on a high flame, add vegetables and stir fry for 1 min. Add water, contents of Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Sauce Mix. Stir and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 more minute or till the sauce is thick.
Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
