Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Curry paste 1 Tablespoon (Sharwood)
  Snake beans/Cut in 2.5 centimeter length 400 Gram
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder/1/2 fresh chili chopped 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin pieces 2 Cup (32 tbs) (3.5 Centimeter Size)
  Fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

1. Heat oil in saucepan, add mustard seeds, as they pop, add onion, saute till transparent.
2. Add beans, lemon juice, salt, chilli. Stir on high for 1 min.
3. Add 1 tablespoon water, cover. Cook on low till beans are tender approx. 3 mins.
4. Add pumpkin, stir, cover, cook for 2mins.
5. Adjust salt chilli to taste. Serve hot garnished with fresh coriander.
