Aloo Vada

Ingredients
  Boiled potatoes 2 Large (aloo)
  Dill leaves 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), finely chopped
  Chopped cilantro 2 Teaspoon (coriander)
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Rice flour 2 Tablespoon
  Gramflour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 200 Milliliter (for deep frying)
Directions

In a bowl mash boiled aloo and add chopped dill leaves,coriander,finelly chopped onion,redchillipd,salt,ginger and garlic paste,rice flour,gramflour and mix it nicely.
Grease oil in a hand and take aloo mixture and make a round shape and deep fry in a oil.
When it turns to golden colour take it out and serve with chilli sause or tomato sause.
