Palak Cheese Paratha
|Spinach roti||280 Gram (1 Packet, 6 Roties)|
|Grated mature cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil spray||1|
1. Heat non-stick trypan on medium, spray pan with olive oil.
2. Place roti in trypan, sprinkle evenly with cheese.
3. Place second roti on top, press firmly together from all sides.
4. Cook on low for 1 min, turn roti to brown other side.
5. Remove and cut in triangles with scissors. Serve hot. Repeat procedure with rest of the roties.
