Ginger Chutney(Inchi Thogayal)

I tried this chutney and it came out very well. It goes with rice, chapathi, dosa and idli
Ingredients
  Ginger piece 2 Inch
  Urad dal 1 Teaspoon (White Lentil)
  Chana dal 1 Teaspoon (Split Bengal Gram)
  Red chilies 4
  Tamarind paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Powdered jaggery 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash and remove the skin of the ginger and cut into small pieces. Fry dhals, chili till the dhals become golden.Grind with ginger,jaggery, tamarind and salt. Heat a pan with 1tsp oil add the mustard seeds and when it splutters add to the chutney.
