Bhindi Fried In Batter

Ingredients
For 4
  Ladies fingers 450 Gram
  Red chili 5 Gram
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon piece 1
  Salt To Taste
For batter
  Bengal gram flour 30 Gram
  Soda bicarbonate 1 Pinch
  Oil 30 Milliliter (For Frying, Normally 30 Milliliter Is Absorbed)
Directions

1. Wipe ladies fingers with a damp cloth and slit.
2. Grind together red chillies, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon and salt.
3. Stuff ladies fingers with ground spices.
4. Prepare a thick batter with gram flour, water, salt and soda.
5. Heat oil.
6. Dip ladies fingers in batter and deep fry.
7. Remove and drain on paper.
