Banana Raita

Ingredients
  Banana 450 Gram, ripe (6 Piece, 75 Gram Each)
  Fresh curds 260 Gram, thick and slightly sweet
  Grated coconut 120 Gram
  Green chilies 2
  Salt To Taste
  Mustard seeds 1 Pinch
  Oil 20 Milliliter
Directions

1. Peel and slice bananas into rounds. Mix with lightly beaten curds, grated coconut and salt to taste.
2. Heat oil. Add curry leaves, green chillies and mustard seeds. When the seeds crackle, pour over banana and curd mixture. Mix well.
