Wholewheat Rice Parathas
|Whole wheat flour||450 Gram|
|Rice flour||30 Gram|
1. Sieve flour.
2. Add salt and water and make a stiff dough.
3. Sprinkle some water over and set aside for at least one hour.
4. Knead well.
5. Divide into small balls.
6. Roll out using rice flour.
7. Bake well on both sides on hot griddle.
8. Toss on hot coal. Allow them to puff.
9. Smear with melted fat and serve hot.
