Molake Hesaru Kaalu and Kadale Kaalu Palya
|Sprouted moong ki hari dal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sprouted kabuli channa||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Desiccated coconut||1 Teaspoon|
|Oil||1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)|
|Jeera seeds||1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)|
|Urad dal||1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped into long thin slices (For Seasoning)|
|Green chillies||5 , chopped long (For Seasoning)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, chopped into long thin slices (For Seasoning)|
Boil sprouted moong and channa for 1 whislte and keep aside.
In a pan add oil when it is hot,add mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
Then add jeera seeds,urad dal and fry for sec.
Now add onion and fry till it becomes brown colour.
Add green chillies,tomato fry tomato become mashy.
Then add haldi,salt,boiled sprouted moong and kabuli channa,lemon juice and mix it nicely and close the lid for 2mins.
When it is cooked transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with grated or desicated coconut.
