Ingredients
  Basmati rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Frozen corn 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. Wash rice, drain. Keep aside.
2. Heat oil in heavy based sauce pan. Saute onion till transparent.
3. Add rice and corn. Stir for 1 min.
4. Add 4 cups hot water. Bring to boil.
5. Cover and simmer on low till rice is cooked.(approx. 15-18 mins.) Serve hot.
