Ingredients
  Buffalo milk/Full cream milk 200 Milliliter
  Ghau nu doodh 2 Tablespoon (Dry Cream Of Wheat)
  Blanched almonds 12 , coarsely crushed
  Peeled pistachio nut 12 , coarsely crushed
  Char magaz 2 Tablespoon, coarsely crushed
  Powdered nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Powdered cardamom 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar To Taste
  Rose water To Taste
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Water 300 Milliliter
Directions

Mix cream of wheat with water.
Stir well and remove all lumps.
Add milk, mix well and heat slowly.
Add sugar and salt.
Cool and add remaining ingredients.
Drink and get strong! Do not think of the calories!
