Ingredients
  Marrow 1 Kilogram, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
  Onions 3 Large, finely sliced
  Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
For chop
  Tomatoes 2
  Green chilies 2
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat fat in a pan and fry onions till light brown.
Add ginger, garlic, turmeric, chilli and cumin powders.
Add a little water and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and cook till slightly brown.
Add one cup water to pan and cover with an inverted lid.
Add water to lid and allow to simmer, adding more water if required, till marrow is done.
