Ingredients
  Semolina 225 Gram
  Fat 30 Gram
  Onion 55 Gram
  Green chilies 5 Gram
  Ginger 5 Gram
  Coriander sprigs 1
  Peanuts/Cashew nuts 15 Gram
  Bengal gram 15 Gram
  Split black gram 15 Gram
  Mustard seeds 3 Gram
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lime 1⁄2
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Heat fat. Add mustard seeds, peanuts, split black gram and Bengal gram and brown lightly.
2. Do not stir. Add chopped onion, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. Saute.
3. Add semolina. Roast till light brown. Add boiling water and salt, Allow to cook till dry.
4. Add a dash of lime juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
5. Serve with or without chutney.
