Veggie Bread Pakora

Ingredients
  Green peas 50 Gram
  Green chillies 2
  Ajwain 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Brown bread slices 4
  Gram flour 6 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small
  Tomato 1 Small
  Cilantro sprigs 6 (coriander sprigs)
  Ginger 1⁄4 Inch
Directions

Blend in the blender: Onion, tomato, peas, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves. Add water if required and make a fine paste.

Take gram flour in a bowl. Add blended paste, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and water. Mix well. Make a not so thin batter.
Heat oil in a pan.

Slice bread in square shape. Dip in the batter and fry both sides until brown and cooked.

Serve with chutney or sauce
