Ingredients
  Toddy/Beer 750 Milliliter (Fresh)
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dhan sakh masala powder 1 Teaspoon
  Gram flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
For chop
  Onions 2
  Green chilies 3 , seeded
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
Directions

Heat ghee in a pan and fry onions till light brown.
Add remaining ingredients except toddy.
Saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add toddy and simmer for five minutes.
Serve with boiled rice or khichdi and papads.
