This Lassi recipe is your answer to a sweetened refreshing yogurt drink that is ready in no time. A popular beverage in Northern India, this brings with it the vibrant and delicious flavors that are so typical of Indian cuisine.
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rose syrup 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1. In a bowl, take yogurt.
2. Add water and sugar.
3. Blend it well using a hand blender.
4. Pour it into a glass.
5. Pour rose syrup.

6. Serve Simple Indian lassi as it is or chilled with crushed ice.
