Pulao - Rice With Red Cabbage

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Red cabbage 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped finely
  Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
  Green chili paste 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Basmati rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Use as required per taste)
  Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Warm water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (As required)
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a pan, heat it with a couple of tablespoons of oil, add the red cabbage, ginger, garlic and green chili paste and stir well to mix everything together.
2. Add the rice, salt and a splash of vinegar. Stir to mix well.
3. Add warm water, stir, cover and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes checking frequently. Once cooked, turn off the heat.

SERVING
4. Serve the rice warm with a raita or pickle of your choice.
