Dal With Dill Leaves
|Toor dal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dill leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sambar powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Tamarind juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Adjust the quantity of tamarind juice as needed)|
|Oil||1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)|
|Jeera seeds||1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)|
|Hing||1 Pinch (For Seasoning)|
Cook dal,onion,tomato,dill leaves,garlic,haldi,water in a cooker and remove it after it come 2 whistle and allow to become cool.
Then in a pan add oil.
Add mustard seeds,when it pops add jeera,hing,curry leaves,cooked dal,sambar powder, salt,tamarind juice and allow bubbles to come.
When it is ready take it out and transfer to a bowl with garnishing coriander.
Serve with hot rice
