Indian Ginger Tea
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ginger piece||1⁄4 Inch|
|Tea leaves||2 Teaspoon|
1. In a pan, add water.
2. Add milk. Bring it to a boil.
3. Add sugar.
4. Add grated ginger.
5. Add tea leaves. Bring it to a boil and reduce the flame. Let it simmer for a minute.
6. When the milk turns brown and you get an aroma, you know your tea is ready. Remove from flame and strain it.
7. Serve Indian ginger tea hot with biscuits or as it is.
