Rice Pudding is a family favourite of ours. It makes a wonderful dessert or a great breakfast!
Ingredients
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Milk 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Optional)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon To Taste, ground
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon (For greasing)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with vegetable oil.

MAKING
2. In a large sauce pan, combine sugar, milk, salt and rice. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees F.
4. Remove from oven, stir in raisins and vanilla extract. Cover and bake for another 15 minutes.
5. Top with desired amount of cinnamon, cover and simmer until the pudding thickens.

SERVING
6. Serve the Rice Pudding warm or after chilled in the fridge over night.
