Potato Gobi Masala

Ingredients
  Potato 2 Large, cut into cubes
  Gobi 1 , cut into pieces
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon (For garnish)
  Oil/Ghee 1 Tablespoon (For Seasoning)
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped (For Seasoning)
  Tomato 1 Medium, finely chopped (For Seasoning)
  Coriander powder 2 Teaspoon (Dhaniya powder - For Seasoning)
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Haldi 1 Pinch (For Seasoning)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon (For Seasoning)
  Brown onion paste 1 Tablespoon (For Seasoning)
  Curd 4 Tablespoon (For Seasoning)
Directions

In a pan add ghee or oil when it is hot add ginger garlic paste,finely chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
Then add cube shaped aloo,dhainya powder and fry for sec.
Then add washed gobi(small chopped) fry for sec.
Add haldi,tomato paste,garam masala,redchilli powder,brown onion paste, tomato slices,salt water and allow to cook.
keep gas in a low flame add curd and mix it.
When it is ready serve to a Bowl garnish with coriander.
Eat it with chapati,poori,rice
