Papad or Papadum with Chutneys - Restaurant Style Starter

  Onion 1 Medium, dice
  Sweet and sour sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tobasco sauce 3 Drop (or to taste)
  Ketchup 1 Teaspoon
For serving
  Papads 4 Large
  Date and tamarind chutney 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cilantro mint chutney 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1. In a small bowl, add the diced onion, sweet and sour sauce, tobasco sauce and ketchup. Stir it and set it aside for about 15 to 30 minutes before serving.

2. Heat the rack over the stove for a few minutes and then roast the papad over the rack on the stove till crisp.

3. Serve the roasted papad along with date and tamarind chutney, coriander mint chutney and the prepared onion mix.

The papad may be roasted or fried as per your taste.
